Hi, I’m Dr. Biruk Alemayehu.

For most of my life, I’ve been the one others turn to for clarity, support, leadership, and healing.
I’ve solved family challenges, cleaned up behind-the-scenes business messes, worked in nonprofits across Africa and the U.S., taught for over a decade at universities in the United States, and built a successful business rooted in cultural legacy.
I was educated across Europe and the U.S., and my journey even brought me to Brazil for an international exchange—each chapter shaping how I empower others today.

But I did it all quietly for a long time, without naming my worth.

Now, I’m stepping forward with intention.

I created Biruk Empowers to help women, professionals, and soul-driven leaders stop shrinking, start receiving, and live in alignment with money, purpose, and power.

Rooted in my Ethiopian heritage and enriched by education and work across continents, my coaching blends ancestral insight, lived experience, and transformational tools to help others honor their origins—and courageously create what comes next.
