My upcoming memoir shares my journey across continents, cultures, and seasons of life.
It is a story of resilience, rediscovery, and the quiet strength it takes to rebuild yourself across different worlds.

From my childhood in Ethiopia to becoming a young student in Eastern Europe, to working in Angola, and finally building a home in New Orleans — this book carries the lived wisdom, heartbreak, humor, and hope collected along the way.
